At Indulgent Corporate Gifts, we understand that you want a hassle free and quick buying process and so we have listened to your requests and to order any of our gifts just follow our three easy and quick steps:

- Choose the gift, write the message and let us know who and where to deliver the gift,
- Pay – choose from Visa, Mastercard, corporate cheque or direct deposit.
Then we will create and package the gift to have a ‘WOW’ effect and deliver it to the recipient. Easy, reliable and quick!
- We are open for orders 24 hours / 7 days a week online.
- For phone orders we can assist you-
- Monday to Friday - from 8am to 7pm,
- Saturday & Sunday - from 10am to 3pm.

Term & Conditions:
- Any of our gift boxes or hampers which contain alcohol may only be purchase by a person who is 18 years and older.
- In the event that a product is not available we reserve the right to provide a substitute product that will be of equal or greater value.
- For photographic purposes we may have used decorative items in our photos. Unless a product is listed, the additional items are not included in the gift box or hamper.
- Prices are all quoted in Australian dollars and include G.S.T. A breakdown of these costs is provided for your records on your invoice.
- All delivery timetables are approximates only. While we endeavor to deliver by the dated requested this may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances. You accept that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
- As no terms are available, orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Indulgent Corporate Gifts.
- Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time frames will depend on the area of delivery. When placing an order you will be advised of anticipated delivery date. Please refer to delivery information for expected delivery time frames.
- Notice of cancellation must be received prior to the collection date by the courier as we are unable to cancel orders that are already with our courier for delivery. Please call us on 1300 661 457 to cancel an order or discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the gift box or hampers you have sent. An administration charge will be levied to cover labour cost incurred in production and packaging of the gift.
- All gifts are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is delivered damaged / faulty please inform Indulgent Corporate Gifts within 5 days of delivery. Indulgent Corporate Gifts is more than happy to replace that item once it has been posted back to Indulgent Corporate Gifts and deemed faulty / damaged. A replacement item will then be promptly sent back to the recipient.
- Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelled delivery information often results in delays in delivery. If Indulgent Corporate Gifts is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because or inaccurate delivery details that charge will be passed onto you.
- It is your responsibility to inform Indulgent Corporate Gifts if an order has not arrived. We will then endeavour to track that order with our couriers and have it delivered as soon as possible.
- We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses whereby the sender has opted to have the gift left at front / back door if no one is home.
- Should you have any problems regarding anything we have discussed please contact us.
- With corporate branded products and promotional gifts separate terms & conditions will be attached to purchase orders and will only be accepted if signed copy is received of both the purchase order & terms and conditions. Terms & conditions will vary on a case to case basis dependant upon the project on hand.
- We are pleased to provide a complimentary gift card with every gift we create. Simply let us know the message you wish to have relayed and we will do the rest.
- We accept payment as follows:
- Money orders – clearance of this will take 4 working days, we will not deliver gift solution until this occurs.
- Corporate cheques – clearance of this will take 4 working days, we will not deliver gift solution until this occurs.
- Visa card and Master card.
- Direct deposit into our account – we will advise details on invoice.
- Cash – delivered to our premises prior to delivery of gift.
Delivery Options:
Indulgent Corporate Gifts delivers delightful, exquisite and indulgent corporate gift creations that are guaranteed to spoil, Australia wide.
We tempt you to experience the difference of our customer service; it always exceeds customer’s expectations!
- The first option is to collect your indulgent corporate gift from our premises.
- The second option is for our team to organise delivery of the indulgent corporate gift creation to the intended recipient.
- If this second option is used there will be a fee for delivery.;
- Indulgent Corporate Gifts is not responsible for the gift delivery. We use a few reputable courier companies to ensure deadlines for delivery are met. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we can not guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft, damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and delivered accordingly.

We have introduced a handling charge which incorporates the cost of the carton that the gift is placed within for delivery - charge for each gift being sent is $5.00. This fee will be in addition to any delivery charges applicable.
- Should delivery of the indulgent gift creation be throughout the Illawarra area (Helensburgh in the north to Kiama in the south) a fee of $8.00 is applicable with next day delivery.
- Should the delivery be to Sydney metropolitan area, within metropolitan Victoria, or A.C.T the fee is $13.00 with next day delivery.
- If the delivery is for country N.S.W, the East coast of Queensland or Adelaide city the fee will be $27.50. Delivery is anticipated within 4 to 10 working days.
- If the delivery is for country Victoria, Perth in W.A or the lower part of S.A the fee will be $34.50 and anticipated delivery is within 5 to 10 working days.
- If the delivery is for N.T, remainder of W.A, northern end of S.A and remainder of Queensland the fee will be $52.50 with delivery anticipated within 7 to 14 working days.
- The above delivery fees are estimates only, a firm quote will be given once address of delivery is known.
- The above delivery fees are for one gift creation no more than 5kgs in weight. For heavier parcels or bulk orders please contact us for a quote.
- The third option is using our Express Service. If this option is required a separate quote will be advised.
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
- If you have a specific date you wish the gift to be delivered, it can be accommodated but please advise us this option when placing the order.
Christmas deliveries – From 6th December to 19th December
As Christmas is a very busy period, please allow 3-4 days for shipping of orders placed on the site. Our team handles many more gifts than normal during this peak period, so your early ordering and patience is greatly appreciated.
